What is your online return policy?
All eligible items can be returned at the customer's expense within 10 days of receiving the order. The item will need the original tags, receipt and be in original condition.

All online refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected. The refund will be issued less the original shipping fee if there is one.

What is your in store return policy?
All eligible items are welcomed back for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of the purchase. Items must have original tags, receipt and be in the original condition.
What items can't be returned?
We can't accept returns on any intimate apparel (including bandeaus and loungewear bras, loungewear sets and pyjamas), earrings, hair accessories, socks, cards, personal care items, any sale items including items on special, clearance or for any additional queries, please reach out to our customer service team at dotandbliss@gmail.com
