What is the return policy?
All eligible items are welcomed back for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of the purchase. Items must have original tags, receipt and be in the original condition to learn more about our return policy click here.
What items can't be returned?
We can't accept returns on any intimate apparel (including bandeaus and loungewear bras, loungewear sets and pyjamas), earrings, hair accessories, socks, cards, personal care items, any sale items including items on special, clearance or mystery bundles.
What about free shipping? All orders $100+ are eligible for free shipping within Canada. Orders $0-$99.99 are a flat $15 fee. We now offer delivery within the Ottawa area for a flat fee of $10 for any order $0-$99.99. Please select local delivery for this option.
How are my items shipped to me? All of our items are shipped out via Canada Post, ICL, UPS or other shipping company. For local deliveries we use Gopher-It.
When will I receive my order? All orders are shipped ASAP from our store in Almonte using the best shipping option available.
What if I'm picking up in store? You will receive a notification in your email when your item is ready for pick up. This will typically be the same day as you placed your order.
What if my order is damaged? Although we take every precaution to ensure your order is packed well there is the odd time that a package can be damaged in transit. Please email us at dotandbliss@gmail.com and we'll arrange a return/exchange for you.
